KVKK Cookie Disclosure Text

This Disclosure Text has been prepared by Vonsteel Group A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Vonsteel") as the data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation of Disclosure." Vonsteel is located at Üçevler Mah. Aysel Sk. Sertepe İş Merkezi No:6 D: 25 Nilüfer, Bursa. The security measures for the protection of your personal data are provided at an appropriate level against potential risks, considering technological possibilities.

In accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, your identity data, such as your name and surname, communication data (phone, address, email, etc.), customer transaction and marketing data (your selected products, etc.), and security-related data (IP information, etc.) shared with Vonsteel through the services and products provided on the website www.vonsteel.com.tr, as well as through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online channels (contact forms like "call me," support centers, etc.) are processed for the purposes of responding to your requests and suggestions mentioned in the form content and for communication regarding Vonsteel's products/projects and services.

The departments of Vonsteel process the data limited to the execution of the following purposes: pre-sale of products and/or services, sales and post-sale/support, production and operational processes (management of requests, surveys with intermediary institutions and/or their employees, etc.), and marketing processes (promotions, information, and commercial electronic communication activities related to personalized offers, campaigns, and other benefits based on your product preferences).

The personal data you share with Vonsteel may be transferred to Vonsteel’s business partners and suppliers (technology infrastructure providers like agencies and live support platforms, digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, etc.) only for the purposes specified above. Vonsteel or the third parties mentioned above may process and store your personal data on servers or other electronic environments located within or outside Turkey, provided that necessary security measures are taken.

The personal data specified above is collected and processed based on the legal grounds indicated in Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (c) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which states that it is necessary for the establishment of a contract (in terms of proposal and contract processes), subparagraph (f), which indicates the legitimate interests of the data controller, and your explicit consent (in terms of marketing processes). Your personal data will be stored in compliance with the relevant legal basis, for the duration required by that legal basis (such as periodically informing you upon your request about the project you are interested in), the duration specified by the relevant legislation, or as long as you provide your explicit consent, in accordance with the conditions stipulated by KVKK and secondary regulations.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law at any time, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller," either in writing to Vonsteel or through other methods explained in KVKK. As Vonsteel, we will evaluate your request as soon as possible and conclude it within thirty (30) days at the latest.

  2. Requesting information regarding your processed personal data,
  3. Understanding the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  5. Requesting the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law,
  7. Requesting the notification of operations performed based on the subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  8. Objecting to any adverse results that arise solely from the automated processing of your personal data,
  9. Requesting compensation for any damage suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
