As Vonsteel Group, we recognize that renewable energy sources and energy production facilities are becoming increasingly important in our country, just as they are worldwide, and we are taking confident steps in this direction.

In light of our experiences, we began our investments in renewable energy in Turkey with the commissioning of the Bayramşah Solar Power Plant in Bursa/İnegöl in 2017.

Since then, we have continued to expand our portfolio with the Kütahya/Emet and Eskişehir/Seyitgazi Solar Power Plants in 2019.

In the energy sector, we have three solar power plants in operation, with a total installed capacity of 10 MWe, covering an area of 240,000 m² (approximately the size of 34 football fields).

An average of 18 million kWh of electricity is produced annually.

This meets the annual residential electricity needs of 12,000 people.

This will prevent an average of 8,856 tons of carbon emissions annually.

With the carbon emissions we prevent, we effectively plant 21,547 trees annually.
